WSD Screened Sewage Submersible Pumps

This WSD submersible range is built for screened sewage handling in sewage treatment plants, industrial draining, and agriculture irrigation, including water containing fibre. Available from 0.18kW to 3.7kW in single-phase (WSD) and three-phase (WS) configurations, with AISI 304 stainless steel motor casing and a rewindable motor.

S/T weight columns refer to single-phase and three-phase versions respectively. Three-phase-only models (WS60-20-3E, WS65-25-3.7E) have no single-phase equivalent.

Performance Range
Power from 0.18kW to 3.7kW across nine models. Max head ranges from 7.1m (smallest model) to 25.0m (largest model, WS65-25-3.7E). Max flow ranges from approximately 6.6 m³/h to 60+ m³/h depending on model — see performance curves for full flow/head delivery tables.

Single-phase: 220–240V/50Hz. Three-phase: 380–415V/50Hz.

Construction
Rewindable motor with AISI 304 stainless steel external casing. Graphite-ceramic mechanical seal. Shaft in AISI 304 SS-ASTM 5140. Seal lubricant oil rated for food machinery and pharmaceutical use. Available with unshrouded impeller (smaller models) or semi-open impeller (larger models). Optional floating switch (indicated by “F” suffix in model code).

Available Configurations/Versions
Nine models across the range, in single-phase (WSD-prefix) and three-phase (WS-prefix) versions. The two largest models (WS60-20-3E, WS65-25-3.7E) are three-phase only, with no single-phase equivalent. Impeller type varies by model: unshrouded for WSD8-7-0.18C and WSD9-8-0.25C only, semi-open for all other models. Optional floating switch available across the range.
