Overview
A cast iron submersible pump range designed for raw sewage and sludge, featuring an adjustable bottom plate that maintains optimal clearance to the channel impeller, and a star-shaped inlet opening that grabs stringy solids for cutting before they reach the pump volute.
Applications
Raw sewage and sludge pumping where stringy solids are present, requiring the inlet plate and open vane impeller cutting action to prevent clogging.

Performance Range

Construction
Cast iron pump body, motor body, and impeller (open type, single channel). Static ripper plate and adjustable bottom (inlet) plate in ductile iron, working with the star-shaped inlet opening to cut stringy solids. Double mechanical shaft seal (silicon carbide-silicon carbide / carbon graphite-ceramic). Stainless steel rotor shaft. Duckfoot base available for auto-coupled installation.
Available Configurations/Versions
Eight models across the range (50C21.1S through 100C27.5), differing in outlet size (50mm–100mm), motor power, and voltage (single 220V option available at the smallest size). Movable soft pipe, movable hard pipe, and auto-coupled (duckfoot) installation options available.
