Description
Overview
A ball-type mechanical float switch encased in a sealed PVC housing. The switch mechanism sits inside a watertight, air-filled chamber, allowing the unit to float and actuate a rocking-arm microswitch as liquid levels rise and fall.
Applications
Level detection and dry-run protection in bulk water reservoirs. Suitable for liquids with a specific gravity of 1 or greater, since flotation depends on the sealed air chamber.

- Liquid temperature: 0–55°C (not frozen)
- Ambient temperature: 0–45°C

Construction
PVC housing with sealed, air-filled float chamber. Internal steel ball and rocking arm actuate a microswitch union as the float tilts. IP68 protection grade. 5 m cable supplied.
