DL Vertical Multi-Stage Pumps

A vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump range built for water supply, industrial boosting, liquid conveying, water treatment and irrigation duties. Available in eleven flow sizes handling 1–90 m³/h with heads up to 250m, powered by 0.37–45kW 2-pole motors. Stainless steel wetted components and a carbon/ceramic mechanical seal suit clean, non-explosive liquids from -15°C to +110°C.

Overview
The DL Vertical Multi-Stage range is a stacked-impeller centrifugal pump built for high-head, moderate-flow duties. Eleven flow sizes (DL1 through DL90) cover 1–90 m³/h, each available across multiple stage counts to match the head a specific installation needs.

Applications

  • Water supply — water filtration and transport in water works, main pipeline boosting, high-rise building boosting
  • Industrial boosting — process flow water systems, cleaning systems, high-pressure washing, fire-fighting systems
  • Industrial liquid conveying — cooling and air-conditioning systems, boiler feed and condensing systems, machine-associated duties, acids and alkalis
  • Water treatment — ultra-filtration, reverse osmosis, distillation, separators, swimming pools
  • Irrigation — farmland irrigation, spray irrigation, drip irrigation

Operating Conditions / Limits
For thin, clean, non-explosive liquids containing no solid granules or fibres. Liquid temperature (normal type): -15°C to +110°C.

Available Configurations
Each flow size is offered across multiple stage counts to build the required head — model numbers indicate rated flow and stage count (e.g. DL32-50-2 = 32 m³/h rated flow, 5 stages, small-diameter impeller variant). DL32 and above are also available with a reduced-diameter impeller option (the “-2” suffix) for finer head selection between standard stage steps.
