Description
Overview
This twin-stage centrifugal pump uses a double impeller for high head performance and adaptability, designed for clean water free of abrasive particles and liquids chemically non-aggressive to the pump materials.
Applications
- Domestic, civil, and industrial water supply
- Boosting mains pressure
- Fire-fighting systems
Installation requirement
- Must be installed under a vented cover and protected from rain or water spray
Water quality limits
- pH between 6.5 and 8.5
- Solid impurities not exceeding 0.1% by ratio, with particle size no larger than 0.2mm
Application limits
- Suction lift: max 7m
- Ambient temperature: max 40°C
- Liquid temperature: max 40°C
Performance range
- Flow: up to 140 l/min (8.4 m³/h) tested (model-dependent)
- Head: up to 60m (model-dependent)
- Power: 1.1kW to 2.2kW

- Pump casing, baffle, and motor bracket: cast iron
- Impeller: double impeller, brass
- Shaft: stainless steel 304, with the rotor on a 304 stainless steel shaft
- Mechanical seal: carbon-ceramic / nitrile rubber
- Bearings: deep groove ball bearings
- Suction x discharge: 1″ x 1.5″
